I want to learn to type super fast without looking at the keyboard or pausing, how do I do that?

I want to leanrn to type fast, correctly, and with all fingers. Right now, I type pretty fast but not really fast, not a good fast. I also use mainly my index fingers, as none of the others seem to be very good at typing which is strange, seeing as I have long fingers. I also look at the keyboard the entire time. So what do I do>

How long will it take me to learn to type fast using 10 fingers and without looking at the keyboard?

I type using 4-6 fingers аnԁ mustering аbουt 45-55 wpm I believe. I still hаνе tο look аt thе keyboard еνеrу once іn a whіƖе.
